Junior Cerified Instructors in Training. These are students who have shown fantastic skills in helping others and a desire to help others acheive new levels.
Junior Instructors set the examples in class for what other stuents are aiming for and provide a fantastic example for Mighty Matts of what they can acheive when they move to the family class. JCIT's are expected to always try their best, come to class prepared to train and help others where possible.
There are 4 Junior Instructor days per year held in swindon. These days are fantastic chances for the Junior instructors to get to gether practice their leadership and teaching skills as well as learning new ways to coach and support others in their MF jurney.
There are 5 levels of Junior instructors for students to acheive, they do this by completing their respective levels book including all challenges and handing those back to your instructor atleast 2 weeks before the Junior instructor day you plan to graduate at. There will be a graduation presentation every day before the day begins for anyone who is ready to move to the next level.
During the days there will be elements of writen work and listen to instructors teaching as well as Physical elements doing some role play of teaching classes/ drills, setting up a class room, or how to tie belts. There will also be a section at the end of the day as a mini class for the junior instructors to get a chance to train and work on their own belt progression.
For these day please bring with you: Comfortable clothes for the first section (more sitting, writing and low intesity leading drill sessions) Full uniform to change into later for the training at the end - you are welcome to wear this for the full day if that is more comfortable Lunch and snacks for during the day Lots of water to keep hyrated during the day.
